I received an email from the State of Oregon the other day regarding small business vendor outreach for Oregon’s stimulus spending program. For some reason, there is no other information regarding the outreach available on the State’s websites. What follows is a cut-and-paste from the email with some hyperlinks.
You are invited to attend the GO Oregon! Vendor Outreach event in your area.
On February 5, 2009, Governor Kulongoski’s signed Senate Bill 338, referred to as the Go Oregon! stimulus plan, by which capital construction projects at public facilities were authorized throughout Oregon. Go Oregon! is intended to stimulate the Oregon economy by quickly creating jobs for Oregonians and sustaining the production of Oregon products.
